PI.28.a2 Rathke cleft cyst (MT x160). Fragment of the cyst wall, characterized by a layer of cuboidal or columnar cells resting on a connective tissue capsule. Moderate nuclear pleomorphism and presence of several ciliated cells. Some cells contain PAS-positive material.
