PII.03.a1 Oligodendroglioma (MT x100). Clear cytoplasmic swelling forming perinuclear haloes that create a "honeycomb" pattern. Calcifications are more frequent than in astrocytomas. Often highly pronounced capillary network. Several astrocytes (probably reactional) are scattered among the tumour cells.
