PII.04.a2 Mixed oligoastrocytoma (GFAP x40). Certain areas of the tumour are rich in GFAP-positive astrocytes while other zones exhibit the typical appearance of an oligodendroglioma and contain GFAP-negative cells (plus several rare included astrocytes).
